End User Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an L1 Hands & Feet Support Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure support activities at client locations. The role involves basic troubleshooting, hardware handling, device replacement, rack and stack activities, cabling, and remote support coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Hands & Feet support for IT infrastructure and network devices
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and device checks
• Rack & stack servers, switches, routers, and related equipment
• Connect and label network/power cables as per instructions
• Replace faulty hardware components under remote guidance
• Support device installation, decommissioning, and relocation activities
• Coordinate with remote engineers and follow provided SOPs
• Maintain task updates, site reports, and activity documentation
• Follow client safety and security procedures during onsite work

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking
• Experience with cabling, patching, and device handling
• Familiarity with Windows environment and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to follow remote instructions and complete onsite tasks independently
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Previous field support or onsite support experience preferred

Preferred

• Experience in data centre or enterprise IT environment
• Understanding of switches, routers, and wireless devices
• Own laptop and basic toolkit preferred
