Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
- Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities to support patient recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
