Elder Law Associate Attorney

Position Overview We're looking for a dedicated elder law attorney with 3+ years of experience to contribute to our thriving practice while advancing their own professional and personal growth. This role combines traditional legal practice with business development opportunities in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Legal Practice Provide comprehensive elder law and estate planning services to clients Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives Navigate MassHealth planning and asset protection strategies Assist with long-term care planning and veterans' benefits Represent clients with respect to long-term planning issues, including fair hearings with MassHealth.
