Patient Service Specialist II, Pain Clinic

Job Description Saint Luke’s Pain Management Clinic in Kansas City is seeking a Patient Service Specialist II to join our team. You will ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct. Shift Details Monday – Friday Responsibilities Perform general duties in the medical office, including answering the telephone, communicating messages through email or Epic. Greet, register, and schedule patient appointments. Collect patient copayments, make appointment reminder calls, verify insurance and other patient data, and scan or upload patient information to the electronic chart. Provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office (medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, etc.) and float between multiple locations as assigned.
