Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee training & coaching Unloading truck shipments Food preparation Assisting with scheduling Ordering and inventory management Upholding company initiatives Other various operational responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but could indirectly manage and train Salad Enthusiasts. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Previous leadership or training experience preferred Ability to function well in a high-paced environment Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
