About the Role: As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing assessment, treatment, and consultation services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate SLP to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders, including assessments of speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs Provide direct patient care, including individual and group therapy sessions, and consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent New Jersey state license and certification in Speech-Language Pathology Per Diem schedule with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: A supportive and dynamic team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive salary and benefits package (to be determined) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center
