Customer Service / Reconciliation Coordinator

Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Reconciliation Coordinator to support customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation. This role combines customer support with administrative and reconciliation responsibilities. Training will be onsite, with a hybrid schedule available after training .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone and email
• Research, reconcile, and resolve account discrepancies
• Process payments, credits, and adjustments accurately
• Maintain detailed documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or billing/reconciliation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Onsite training required
• Hybrid work schedule available after training

Compensation

• Pay up to $18/hour , based on experience
