Join us in advancing and shaping the future of mobility.**Job Responsibilities:**We’re seeking a **UX Design Intern** to support active product design work over the summer. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of UX, partnering closely with design, product, and engineering to help shape thoughtful, user-centered improvements across our applications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Contribute to user research, discovery activities, and synthesis of findings* Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes* Participate in design critiques, team meetings, and collaborative working sessions* Document design decisions, patterns, and guidelines while supporting the evolution of the design system* Partner with product and engineering to understand requirements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions* Assist with usability testing and analysis of user feedback* Support enhancements and refinements to existing user experiences* Complete assigned design projects within established timelinesEducation / Experience* Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field* Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methods* Familiarity with **Figma** for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design; exposure to other design tools is a plus* Ability to translate problems and requirements into clear visual and interaction solutions* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills* Effective written and verbal communication skillsSpecial Knowledge / Skills:* Experience creating wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma* Exposure to user research methods, usability testing, or synthesis of findings* Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and pattern consistency* Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices* Experience collaborating on team projects through coursework, internships, or personal work* Ability to present design thinking and rationale clearly to othersPhysical Demands / Work Environment:* Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.* In-office policy: 5 days in office per week### Compensation Information: This is an hourly position.
