Distribution Facilities Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Distribution Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail distribution center. This role manages warehouse staff, monitors inventory flow, coordinates shipping/receiving, and ensures efficient, accurate order fulfillment for stores and e‑commerce. You’ll implement safety, quality, and 5S standards, partner with cross‑functional teams, and use KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in distribution, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment aligned with our inclusive, customer-focused culture.
