About the Role:

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers for established clients in the Diamond and Coal City area . We currently have consistent daytime and evening shifts available and are looking for dependable individuals who are passionate about helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe and independent in their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing non-medical assistance with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and other daily living activities. Every visit makes a meaningful difference in a client's quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.

• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in a client's condition to the office.

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.

• Follow each client's individualized care plan while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.

• Participate in paid orientation, ongoing education, and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pass required background screenings.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.

• Reliable attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
