Medical Assistant
Greenwich, CT
Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:15a – 5:15p
  • May occasionally be 9:30a – 5:30p

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-patient volume efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining accurate, detail-oriented care
• Perform and assist with specialized urological procedures, including bladder scans, catheterization, and post-procedure clean-up
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and stage appropriate instruments for urological examinations and minor surgical procedures
• Administer medications and perform routine vitals, specimen collection, and lab testing as directed by the physician
• Provide clear patient education on care plans, post-procedure instructions, and home care for urological conditions
• Document patient history, chief complaints, and clinical notes accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Prioritize and triage clinical inquiries, prescription refills, and patient calls to maintain smooth office workflow

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting diploma or National CMA
• Medical Assisting experience (1+ years)
• Urology experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency preferred

Compensation:

• $20-23/hr
