This highly visible position will partner with Sales, executive leadership, customers, and internal teams to manage contractual risk, maintain compliance, and support ACT's continued growth in the defense and aerospace markets.What You Will DoLead contract reviews, negotiations, modifications, and closeout activitiesPartner with Sales during the proposal and pre-award processAdvise leadership on contractual requirements, risks, and business impactsManage customer correspondence and resolve contractual issuesOversee FAR, DFARS, DPAS, ITAR, EAR, and government flow-down requirementsManage NDAs, subcontracts, customer certifications, and required deliverablesMaintain compliant contract and government property systemsLead and develop assigned contracts staffRequirementsBachelor's degree in business or a related fieldExperience managing U.S. government contractsStrong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DPAS, and export-control requirementsProven contract negotiation and risk-management skillsExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departmentsDue to ITAR requirements, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).ACT offers competitive pay, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401(k) match, and profit-sharing), and a supportive team environment.ACT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
