Controller (Manufacturing Background Needed) - Mansfield, OH The Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and enforcing internal controls. The Controller will manage payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role involves working closely with leadership to provide financial insights and assist in driving business decisions that support organizational growth.
