Job Description: Sales Associate at Workout Anytime Indian Trail Welcome to Workout Anytime Indian Trail! We pride ourselves on our sense of community and our commitment to providing a healthy service to our local members. We are seeking a Sales Associate to open the club in the mornings and warmly greet our early-rising members. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with current members on a personal basis. Identify prospects' goals and motivations; be knowledgeable of all products, programs, and services. Ensure prospects understand the value of Workout Anytime in helping them reach their fitness goals. Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience. Provide excellent member service. Seek opportunities to gain new members and enhance service levels. Build relationships within the community and with local small businesses by involving the club in community events. Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly. Keep the gym tidy and presentable to attract new customers. Perform basic transactions such as billing changes, freezes, club-to-club transfers, and member-to-member transfers. Understand and anticipate members' needs. Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on delinquent accounts.
