Outpatient Physical Therapist - Hand Specialty

This position is a 5-day, 8-hour shift. The working hours are as follows:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients with hand and orthopedic needs. This role includes making splints and managing a full hand caseload. The therapist must adhere to physician directions and ensure functional treatment programs are effective for patient rehabilitation.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals.
• Document patient progress in medical records accurately and timely.
• Educate patients, families, and coworkers on therapy services and rehabilitation processes.
• Participate in professional development activities and adhere to ethical professional standards.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Must have hand experience and be comfortable making splints.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred.
