Field Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required. Compensation & Perks $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides) Company vehicle + gas allowance Autonomy to build and run your region like it's your own business You'll be responsible for: Hiring and onboarding canvassers Training reps on scripts and objection handling Setting daily/weekly performance goals Managing schedules and territories Coaching in the field Tracking KPIs and reporting results You need:
- Proven experience managing a canvassing team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in the field
- Reliable transportation
