Summary The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store management to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets while ensuring smooth store operations. As a keyholder, the role is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining visual standards, and supporting inventory and loss prevention efforts. The advisor works closely with the Store Director to supervise daily activities and uphold company operational procedures. Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales goals Perform opening and closing procedures and act as keyholder Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory management to minimize shrinkage Support day-to-day store operations and assist management with personnel oversight Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and timely bank deposits Implement visual display and merchandising standards Oversee store maintenance, fixtures, and supplies Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry Ability to support operational standards and lead by example #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
