Recruiter - HR Coordinator
Hybrid (2-3 Days a Week in Cambridge) $45-$50/hr- Independently perform recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
- Screen applicants for basic qualifications during phone and video interviews.
- Review resumes, interview candidates, and develop pipelines of finalists for consideration.
- Conduct appropriate reference and background checking.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment process.
- Accurately communicate important employment information during delivery and negotiation of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
- Manage candidate activity throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain and update appropriate documentation etc.
