Quality Control Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Inspect finished millwork and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues and document findings.
• Perform measurements and visual inspections for accuracy, fit, finish, and workmanship.
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat problems.

Quality Control Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, woodworking, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Ability to read measurements, specifications, drawings, and production requirements.
