About the Position

Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 24 months OT experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Must have a valid license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Description: Pewter scrubs are required. May float between different trauma levels and bed capacities. Shifts are five days a week and may include weekend days. Candidates should have multi-specialty acute knowledge and experience. Must have a valid state license in hand. Travel experience is preferred. A specific cover page must be completed, clearly outlining all criteria the candidate is willing to accept. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite securing an offer. All requests for time off must be included on the cover page and cannot exceed seven days. No requests for time off during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. All candidates must complete an OT skills checklist within the last 12 months. Active license to practice must be verified within the last 30 days. Driver's license is required for residency verification.
