Announcement of vacancy for a maintenance position. The position is an 8 hour/day, 260 day contract. Coaching positions may also be available.
Description: This person will maintain a position within a team of maintenance personnel whose responsibilities are to keep the district's facilities and grounds in a state of operational excellence so that the facilities and grounds present no problems or interruptions to the educational process.
Hourly wage Tier I (base) initial placement = $21.89 Tier II (with CDL) initial placement = $22.92 Tier III (with Bus Driver licensure) = $25.75
Credentials: The successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or general education degree. Applicants must be able to perform general labor inside and outside the physical school buildings. Applicants must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License within 3 months of hire. Applicants must be able to obtain a Boiler License. Background in HVAC and Mechanics is a plus.
Desired credentials: At least two years work experience in general maintenance.
