Handling reservations and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency. Resolving customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment. Sharing your knowledge of our offerings to enhance the guest experience. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
