Courier

Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team at Tucson, AZ. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Overtime and rotating weekends may be required. Job Responsibilities Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups. Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner. Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift. Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner. Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws. Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pick ups. Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups as needed. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed. Preferred Qualifications Current or prior Labcorp experience. 2 or more years of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience, ideally within a medical or laboratory company. 1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital/laboratory operations. 2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery‑management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS‑based routing software, or dispatch applications. Additional Job Standards Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Be at least 21 years old. Punctual with strong time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer service experience. Ability to problem solve customer issues. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Benefits Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. For $125 per month, you may take this vehicle home for personal use. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled for less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.
