About Us We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. However, the role of General Manager is the primary focus of this posting. Position Overview Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Strategic Planning – Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion; monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Financial Management – Manage budgetary processes, forecast financial performance, analyze financial reports, and drive cost control initiatives. Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Customer Focus – Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve products and services. Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and community partners; represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial forecasting. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and leading teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in relevant software or tools, such as CRM or ERP systems.
