Clockwork Insurance Services, Inc, is looking to add a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Account Manager to our growing team. We realize each client presents its own set of unique needs and our primary objective is to serve and educate our clients daily by being caring and knowledgeable insurance advisors. We write many niche businesses and as an Account Manager, you will use your positive attitude and attention to detail to ensure your clients have the best experience and coverage to fit their unique needs.

This role begins as a fully in-office position at our Metairie, Louisiana headquarters to ensure you receive comprehensive onboarding, hands-on training, and team integration. Following the successful completion of your initial training period, you can transition to a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to work from home on designated days each week.

Responsibilities
  • You will exclusively manage a surplus commercial lines book of business.
  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
  • Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with policy changes and shopping renewals.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License required. Licensing assistance is available.
  • Prior Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
  • 5+ Years of Account Management Experience is Required.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
