Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports warehouse distribution operations by managing the flow of materials and products in a safety-compliant manner. Performs order fulfillment tasks such as stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping, while maintaining cleanliness and verifying received products against documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, and outbound shipping Conduct daily cycle counts and research discrepancies Utilize equipment to track, monitor, and verify products Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance Verify received products against documentation and note damages Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in climate-controlled environments and in a fast-paced setting Dependable, motivated, and punctual with good attendance Manual dexterity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic reading and understanding of English Preferred experience with warehouse operations and RF scanning equipment Additional Information: Compensation starts at $19/hour with potential increases based on performance and incentives.
