What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front‑of‑house operations. Your main objective will be to maintain exceptional guest experiences, uphold high service standards, and drive overall profitability. What You’ll Bring (Requirements) A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required. A High School Diploma is preferred. Proficiency in POS systems. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required. Formal culinary training is preferred. Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends). Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
