You will partner closely with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact products that drive measurable outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead across the full product lifecycle—from concept through delivery and continuous improvement—while influencing strategy, accelerating innovation, and supporting responsible AI adoption across the firm.In this role, you will:Translate business outcomes into clear AI/ML and generative AI problem statements, technical requirements, and measurable success criteria (including KPIs and model performance metrics)Own and drive multi-quarter product roadmaps, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and governance requirementsLead end-to-end product execution from proof of concept through production, partnering with engineering and MLOps teams to ensure scalable, reliable deploymentDrive agile delivery practices including backlog management, prioritization, and cross-team coordination to maintain transparency and execution alignmentCollaborate across stakeholders to deliver impactful, well-governed AI and data products that create value for the business and clientsWhat you haveRequired Qualifications10+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in technical product management for AI/ML, data, analytics, or platform-based productsDemonstrated experience delivering products across the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and ongoing operationsWorking knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, with awareness of emerging generative AI capabilitiesExperience partnering with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutionsExperience working in regulated or governance-driven environments with the ability to produce audit-ready documentation and support compliance processesStrong experience with Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, prioritization, and tools such as JiraStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across business and technology teamsBachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, or related practical experience as a technical product manager in the AI/ML discipline.Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering AI and data science solutions within regulated financial services environmentsExperience supporting generative AI delivery patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop processesExperience with enterprise AI/ML platforms and data science tools (e.g., Dataiku, Vertex AI)Experience creating reusable product patterns or scalable solution frameworksAdvanced degree in a technical or quantitative disciplineIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-122362Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(9/2/2026 3:57 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $140,000.00 - $168,500.00 / YearApplication deadline: 9/20/2026Position Type: Full time
