Septic Pump Truck Driver

Job Description

A valid, non-restricted CDL is REQUIRED for this position

Experience is a plus but not a requirement

Pay is negotiable

Responsibilities

Operate pump trucks to service, pump and clean residential septic systems
Perform routine inspections of septic tanks and related components
Identify blockages or needed repairs to customers and supervisors
Safely transport and dispose of waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain accurate service records, and documentation for each job
Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance on pump trucks
Promptly report any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management
Provide professional & courteous customer service on every job site
Comply with all safety rules & regulations

Requirements

Dependable & punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
Willingness to work around wastewater and unpleasant odors
Valid CDL - Non restricted
Tanker Endorsement (Not required upon applying, but will need to be obtained if hired)
