Materials Handler

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Materials Handler to join their team. As a Materials Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Houston, TX Pay Range: $17.39 Shift: Evenings 5:00 AM TO 1:30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY What's the Job? Process customer shipments and manual shipments (B-tickets) Analyze order HOLDs and communicate with customer service Analyze inventory availability for shipments (location & quantity) Release sales orders to pick status Coordinate freight schedules including small packages, will call, LTL, and TL What's Needed? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong communication skills for coordination with various departments Basic understanding of shipping and inventory processes Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned Availability to work overtime as required What's in it for me?
