We are seeking qualified Specialty Fabricators for our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin—a major window and door manufacturer with facilities in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin. The role involves working collaboratively within the division. About the Position Setup and operate moulders and other machines as required for production Perform painting duties in a safe and efficient manner Clean and maintain powder coating equipment as appropriate Maintain proper recordkeeping and quality control Test and maintain proper chemical levels for pretreatment Inventory nozzles and all parts Maintain a safe and clean work area Qualifications Recent, related work history and verifiable references Familiarity with various species of wood and aluminum profiles Ability to read tape measure, caliper, and drawings to understand coverage requirements All applicants must be at least 18 years old Why Join Our Team?
