About the role: As Deal Desk Manager , you will own the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for our growing European business, from deal structuring and pricing approval through order form execution and revenue systems hygiene. This is your opportunity to build the commercial backbone of Parloa's European expansion, working directly with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations at a pivotal stage of growth. Areas of ownership: Order Form Execution: Own the order form process end to end, reviewing, structuring, and executing new business and renewal agreements for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Deal Structuring and Pricing: Partner with AEs and sales leadership to structure non-standard deals, apply pricing exceptions, and route approvals to the right stakeholders. CRM and Revenue Systems Stewardship: Serve as the primary CRM steward for deal data, maintaining accuracy across deal stages, line items, contract terms, and booking records, while identifying and resolving data integrity issues across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems. Contract Review and Legal Coordination: Support German and English language contract review, flagging inconsistencies and coordinating with Legal on non-standard terms. Process and Documentation: Build and maintain scalable internal processes, including approval workflows, deal checklists, exception tracking, and audit trails, alongside clean deal documentation, playbooks, templates, and escalation guides. Who you are: 3–5 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company Native German fluency, with strong written and spoken English equally required Strong command of order form mechanics: parties, terms, pricing structures, payment schedules, and booking logic Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/CPQ, comfortable querying and auditing deal data High attention to detail, able to catch a currency mismatch, a missing start date, or the wrong entity before it ships Experience using AI to streamline workflows Our recruiting process: Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser Why Parloa?
