Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Agent with over three years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution to join their team in Greenville, SC. Duties Partner with teams to develop and execute global IP strategies. Draft and prosecute patent applications. Draft opinions of counsel. Conduct due diligence investigations. Perform freedom‑to‑operate and landscape analyses. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering. Membership in the U.S. patent bar. Minimum of two years of patent drafting and prosecution experience. Skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
