Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 5

• 24-hour shifts (8 hours in-house/16 hours on-call)
• Admit and round in the ICU 1-2 patients per day
• There is no board certification requirement to be considered for this position

Compensation

Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $86/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a practice-funded 401(k) and USACS ownership stock.

$100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after 3 years of service
