Rental Sales Agent / Associate

Counter Rental Agent $16.50 / hour plus Unlimited Commission potential Immediately hiring! We are now seeking energetic and motivated people, like you, to join our growing Avis Bismarck counter. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes: Processing contracts, Listening to and identifying customer needs, Effectively adding our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service. Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Plan fleet usage throughout shift to maximize customer satisfaction and counter sales * We will supply you with the necessary training to reach your full potential. This training will empower you to meet sales goals and maximize earning potential.
