We are a growing business, and we would love for you to grow with us. How You’ll Make a Difference As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee the entire store from open to close. You will manage employees, referred to as Play Attendants, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests have a memorable time. Your responsibilities may include: Opening & Closing: You will be responsible for opening & closing the store during your shifts. Leading a Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, efficient and clean environment. Managing Operations: Coordinate store activities & events such as birthday parties, treasure hunts. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management and customer needs. Ensuring Safety and Cleanliness: Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times. Handling Customer Concerns: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a professional and positive demeanor, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Handling Complaints: Address and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Are You the Right Fit? Experience: Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail environment is highly preferred. Bonus Skills Customer service, hospitality, and love of children. Requirements Availability on weekends, some weekdays and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
