It is one more way we deliver what matters to you.\n \n Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with guaranteed 40 hours per week\n 5 - 6 regular visits per day, 3 visits if admission day\n Majority home health with occasional hospice evaluations\n 1 year experience required, home health experience preferred\n All ages from pediatrics to adults\n Travel PT handling start of care and recertifications\n 6.5 points per day productivity standard\n OASIS training preferred for documentation\n We provide complimentary housing and travel\n We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice\n We simplify the credentialing and privileging process\n Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan\n Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7\n \n Per week (based on a 40-hour week).
