Lancaster, MA RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time position to join our residential team in Lancaster, MA. DSPs are the heart of the work we do at RFK Community Alliance . You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. Who We Seek Caring and compassionate professionals provide support to our children and adolescents with mental health challenges. We need you to play a vital role in providing daily therapeutic support and guidance for children and adolescents so they can achieve the highest level of independence. Requirements Must have a High School Diploma, be at least 21 years old.
