The Quick Facts

• 1099 independent contractor role, paid on commission — no salary, no cap
• You work with people who already requested coverage. No cold calling. No pitching friends and family.
• Leads are generated in-house and subsidized to keep your costs low
• You'll need a Life & Health license. Most people finish the self-paced online course in about 7–10 days, and we walk you through it
• Fully remote within the U.S., flexible hours
• Full-time strongly preferred; part-time considered for the right fit

What You'll Do

• Follow up with families who asked for help with life insurance
• Meet with them over Zoom and help them choose coverage that fits their needs and budget
• Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process
• Show up to daily coaching and weekly training
