USA - Service Delivery Center - Assurance - Intern - Fall 2026 This internship will support Assurance engagements in our Service Delivery Center located in San Antonio, TX. You will work closely with experienced professionals to execute and document standardized procedures, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of client services. Key Responsibilities Assist with execution and documentation of standardized assurance procedures under the direction of a Senior Analyst. Document procedures clearly and accurately as defined. Execute procedures in a timely fashion to meet deadlines and manage expectations regarding deliverables. Communicate identified exceptions or non‑reoccurring situations to the Senior Analyst for review. Ensure quality in client service by following prescribed procedures and reporting status. Follow well‑defined processes, procedures, and protocols and share unusual situations for further review. Analyze evidence, reach conclusions, and identify non‑compliance while applying a balanced view. Operate in a hybrid work environment: required in‑person training at the start, then work in office three times a week. Required Qualifications Pursuing an associate’s degree with business experience and a minimum of 30 credit hours completed. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future. Desired Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Interest in basic accounting concepts. Ability to follow standardized procedures consistently. Attention to detail and diligence in issue resolution. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Willingness to learn new software tools. Residing in or within commuting distance to San Antonio, TX. Benefits Hourly pay range: $17.31 per hour (based on education, location, market data).
