Job Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, category developments, competitive activity, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior, purchase drivers, customer segments, and market trends to support business and marketing decisions.
- Monitor competitors across products, pricing, promotions, positioning, distribution, digital presence, and new product launches.
- Develop regular market and competitive intelligence reports for leadership and crossfunctional teams.
- Analyze internal sales, ecommerce, customer, and marketing data to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, ECommerce, Product, and Customer Service teams to provide insights that support strategic planning.
- Conduct customer segmentation and develop consumer profiles to improve targeting, positioning, and messaging.
- Support new product development and launches by evaluating market demand, consumer needs, competitive positioning, and pricing opportunities.
- Design and manage consumer research projects, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Track brand awareness, consumer sentiment, customer feedback, and market perception.
- Develop dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate key findings, trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Evaluate campaign, product, and channel performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current on trends within the kitchen appliance, home improvement, retail, ecommerce, and consumer lifestyle markets.
- Provide leadership with datadriven recommendations to support short and longterm business strategy. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, business intelligence, marketing analytics, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with consumer research, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Experience working with consumer products, appliances, retail, ecommerce, home improvement, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with syndicated market research platforms or consumer research tools is a plus.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to different audiences.
- Experience managing external market research firms and overseeing endtoend research projects, from project scoping and vendor selection through execution, analysis, and delivery of actionable insights.
