The group practices at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), a premier healthcare system based in Orange County, California. CHOC is exclusively committed to the health and well‑being of children through clinical expertise, advocacy, outreach and research that brings advanced treatment to pediatric patients. Division Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology The Division Chief will lead a mature, high‑volume, and rapidly expanding comprehensive pediatric ENT program, including airway, otology, cochlear implants, sleep, complex head & neck, craniofacial, and reconstruction services. The Chief will foster a supportive and collaborative environment for faculty while providing strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the sole exclusively pediatric ENT group in Orange County and among the most comprehensive pediatric ENT services in Southern California. Key Responsibilities Leading and growing clinical programs and expanding geographic reach. Overseeing faculty recruitment, development, and mentorship. Optimizing clinic and surgical access through collaboration with hospital leadership. In partnership with the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of California, Irvine, expanding resident education and developing a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship. Advancing a clinical and translational research agenda with institutional support. Working with PSF leadership to ensure the Division aligns with institutional values. Candidate Qualifications and Experience Ten years post‑fellowship experience in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Minimum of five years of progressive responsibilities in medical leadership within a division, medical staff/committees, or related leadership roles. Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery residency. Completion of a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship. Board certified in Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery and certified or eligible in complex pediatric otolaryngology. California medical license or eligibility for one.
