Nurse Manager - Hematology/Oncology Clinic

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with leadership experience to serve as a Nurse Manager . In this role, you will oversee clinical and operational management during hours of operation, ensuring quality, safe, and patient-centered care . Responsibilities include developing and evaluating systems, managing staff schedules, overseeing budgets, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Leadership duties involve hiring, supervising, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations , fostering staff development, and leading monthly meetings. You will also coordinate quality and safety initiatives , address patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards . Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing , current NY RN license , and minimum three years of clinical experience . Prior management experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of performance improvement and regulatory requirements are preferred. Additional certifications such as BLS and ACLS are required, with nursing leadership certification preferred.
