HVAC Maintenance Technician

ARE YOU THE HVAC MAINTENANCE TECH OUR TEAM NEEDS? 3+ years of HVAC experience (preferred) OSHA/EPA certification Valid driver's license Ability to provide your own hand tools Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently Commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime and on-call assignments. Technicians dispatch directly from their homes to job sites each day and are only required to report to the central office for Tuesday meetings. As an HVAC Tech at Pioneer Valley Environmental, you will begin your day from home, traveling directly to assigned job sites. You will perform maintenance and service on HVAC and AC systems (oil, gas/NP), identify failing parts, and conduct combustion analysis readings to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will prepare detailed estimates for recommended services and maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
