The role involves assisting with overall store operations, managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service, stock control, and administration. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Relevant Retail/FMCG qualification (advantageous). At least 5 years’ experience in Retail/FMCG across departments (receiving, cash office, administration, sales floor). Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience. Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of retail operations and reporting. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP/Unisolv experience an advantage. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport. Ability to travel locally and work retail hours.
