This 12-month mentorship opportunity allows you to work directly alongside an experienced Farmers mentor agent, gaining hands‑on experience in agency operations, sales, client relationships, team development, marketing, retention, and business growth. You will not be learning from the sidelines. You will be actively developing the skills, habits, and knowledge needed to build and lead a successful agency. As you grow through the program and reach the required premium goals, you may have the opportunity to graduate into your own Farmers agency — without needing the initial capital review typically required for agency ownership. This program is ideal for someone who has the drive to become a business owner, but wants a structured path, real‑world experience, and mentorship before launching independently.
