Meta Sales Specialist

Overview Become a Meta Sales Specialist! Shape the Future of Wearable Tech! Pay: $20 per hour plus weekly, monthly and quarterly contests and spiffs. Shift details: 6‑hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, totaling 12 hours per weekend. Flexible shift times: either 11AM–5PM or 12PM–6PM each weekend day. Holiday schedule: additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Job Description Engage customers and demonstrate Meta headsets, accessories, and other products, helping shoppers see how the technology enhances fitness, gaming, entertainment, and daily life. Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Meta product. Represent Meta and partner brands with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success. Maintain the Meta display: keep devices, accessories and promotions clean, organized and visually appealing. Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device. Work the assigned weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays; up to three weekday shifts may be required). Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Interest in AV and VR products (plus). Ability to engage, demonstrate and ask for the sale (required). Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills (essential). Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations (crucial). Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone with iPhone11 or SamsungS25 operating system. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20lb., and perform fine manipulation; accommodations may be made. Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrivals.
