Nuclear Medicine Technologist

JOB SUMMARY Seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide essential patient care and diagnostic imaging services on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician's orders and established protocols. Administer radiopharmaceuticals and prepare patients for imaging studies. Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment to ensure quality images and patient safety. Accurately document patient information, procedures, and findings in the patient's medical record. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Schedule / Shift Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 13-week contract Required Qualifications ARRT certification NMTCB certification BLS certification Experience Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred. Certifications ARRT NMTCB BLS Skills Proficient in performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures. Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical handling and safety protocols. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to nuclear medicine. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. EMR / Systems Familiarity with common healthcare EMR systems is beneficial. Unit / Specialty Nuclear Medicine Floating / On-Call On-call responsibilities are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
