Senior Accountant

Overview Senior Accountant position with salary range of $75,000–$90,000 located in Orlando, FL (Onsite). This role offers the opportunity to join a growing, multi-state organization undergoing expansion and operational evolution. The Senior Accountant will step into a high-impact role within a lean, collaborative accounting team supporting a business actively scaling through acquisitions and process improvements. The Senior Accountant will partner directly with accounting leadership and have exposure to the CFO while playing a key role in improving systems, processes, and reporting accuracy. Responsibilities Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy and integrity across accounts as the Senior Accountant Support full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close as the Senior Accountant Manage key accounting areas such as prepaids, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and general ledger activity as the Senior Accountant Partner across AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting as the Senior Accountant Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities as the Senior Accountant Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP and month-end close knowledge Proven experience owning reconciliations and working in a multi-functional accounting environment; ERP experience preferred Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support Growing organization undergoing system and process enhancements High visibility with leadership and opportunity to contribute ideas #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
