Estamos buscando un(a) Especialista en Ventas Móviles motivado(a), amable y bilingüe ( español/creole e inglés ) para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, crear relaciones sólidas con los clientes e impulsar las ventas de teléfonos móviles, planes inalámbricos y accesorios. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para iniciar tu carrera, con capacitación pagada, oportunidades de crecimiento y un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.
Responsabilidades Principales- Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, ayudando a los clientes con teléfonos móviles, planes inalámbricos y accesorios.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes al comprender sus necesidades y recomendar las mejores soluciones.
- Promover y vender productos, garantizando una excelente experiencia para el cliente.
- Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre los productos, sus características, precios y promociones vigentes.
- Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y con un ambiente profesional y acogedor.
- Dominio fluido de español/criollo e inglés (indispensable).
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en ventas minoristas (retail) o servicio al cliente, aunque no es obligatoria .
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal.
- Actitud positiva, iniciativa propia y orientación al logro de ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y orientado al trabajo en equipo.
- Contar con autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
